Minutes ERA Board of Directors July 17″, 2019 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Mike Mackey, Michele Schroeder, Ken Plourde, Stephanie Schroeder, Ted Heywood, Beth Dickson, Lonnie Bain, Mike Schroeder, Mike Dietrich, Mike Tweed, Bob Thomas, Dennis Jacinto, Jerry Kieffer, David Kieffer, Mohammad Samii, Nick Staub, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. There were no additions to the agenda. b. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. Secretary Report: a. Alan Reynolds made a motion to approve the minutes from the June 19″, 2019 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mike Schroeder made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of June 2019. Mike added that June and July are slow months for membership renewals. b. Mike reported a balance of $5,531.59 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Ronnie Charnes made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Daren Roggentien made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of June 30°”, 2019 the ERA has 364 members. b. Michele informed attendees that she made 25 calls on July 9″ to delinquent members with the following results: 7 renewals: 1 was 16 months past due. 1 was 5 months past due. 3 were 4 months past due. 2 were 3 months past due 3 not renewing: 1 not rebuilding anymore. 1 maybe at a later date. 1 retired. 15 Various: 9 left messages. 2 emailed information. 3 will call back. 1 phone disconnected. c. A question was asked on grace time for delinquent members. Michele informed that the ERA Web Site is automatic at the end of the month and the Exchange Magazine the following month. N
