Minutes ERA Board of Directors September 18″, 2019 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Ted Heywood, Mike Mackey, Gene Kaiser, Bob Hopko, Stephanie Schroeder, Lonnie Bain, Michele Schroeder, Mohammad Samii, Ken Plourde, Kenny Turner, Bob Thomas, Mike Dietrich, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. b. There were no additions to the Agenda. Mike Dietrich made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda. Ted Heywood made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Dietrich made a motion to approve the minutes from the August 21%, 2019 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Daren Roggentien made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. b. c. d Mike Schroeder was unable to attend the meeting. Michele Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of August 2019. Michele reported a balance of $8,345.10 in the ERA Checking Account. Ken Plourde questioned the $268.00 expense on the ERA Office expenses for PO Box Rent. Michele explained that this a 1 time per year expense for the ERA PO Box rental. Michele added that the expense for the ERA Tech Line phone was split out from the Office Phone expense and added to the ERA Tech Line expense. Daren Roggentien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. b. Michele Schroeder reported that as of August 31°, 2019 the ERA has 371 members. Michele informed attendees that 6 ERA Members membership had expired in August. Michele reported that she contacted them with the following results: 1 member renewed by phone. 1 member will renew when funds are available. 1 member had surgery and will be unable to work for 6 more weeks. 3 left messages and waiting on return calls.
