Minutes ERA Board of Directors January 15″, 2020 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Ronnie Charnes, Alan Reynolds, Stephanie Schroeder, Ted Heywood, Bob Hopko, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Bob Thomas, Beth Dickson, Mike Tweed, Lonnie Bain, Paul Sailon, Mohammad Samii, Ken Plourde, Mike Dietrich, Jerry Kieffer, Nick Staub, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Ken Plourde added to the Agenda under New Business Nominating Committee for 2020. b. Paul Sailon made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to accept the minutes from the December 18″, 2019 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for December 2019. b. Mike reported a balance of $11,388.26 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report. Beth Dickson made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of December 20″, 2019 the ERA has 362 members. b. Michele informed attendees that she made 10 calls to delinquent members with the following results: 1: 2 past members renewed. 4 left messages and waiting for return calls. 1 past member retired. 1 past member out of business. 2 past members will call back. mB WN 5: Correspondence Report: a.
