Minutes ERA Board of Directors October 21″, 2020 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Art Glass, Bob Hopko, John Prinvale, Joe Mazzone, Jerry Kieffer, Mike Schroeder, i Michele Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Jeff Cazel, Alan Reynolds, Lonnie Bain, Ted Heywood, Bob Thomas, Kenny Turner, Mohammad Samii, Mike Dietrich, Gene Kaiser, Ken Plourde, Mike Mackey, Dan Bell, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Mike Dietrich made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Ted Heywood made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Art Glass made a motion to accept the minutes from the September 16″, 2020 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for the month of September 2020. Ken Plourde questioned the refund amount for the 2020 EREA Trade Show income. Mike explained that the Profit & Loss Statement shows the refund and the amount is added back into the Exchange Magazine Advertising income for the month. Mike added that the ERA Web Site Hosting fee is for 2 years. b. Mike reported a balance of $12,916.81 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report. Ted Heywood made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of September 24″ 2020 the ERA has 364 Members. b. Michele informed attendees that the 32 emails that she sent to ERA Members that were between 30-90 days past due the following results: 1) 4 paid by phone. . 2) 3 will be sending in payments. 3) 2 will not be renewing. 4) 2 have closed their business. c. Michele reported that she sent out 16 emails on October 13″, 2020 on September non pays and as of October 16″, 2020 received payments from 4 Members. Michele-added that she will continue to send emails for delinquent payments. d. Michele reported that there was 1 Guest Membership for the month. The Guest Ly Member had bought his business 15 years ago and was using another ERA Members Log in information that has since closed. The Guest Member likes the information that is available on the ERA Web Site and has now joined.
