Attendees: Al Steadman, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Jeff Cazel, ‘ Bob Thomas, Lonnie Bain, Ted Heywood, Tom Barrett, Casey Barrett, Bob Hopko, Jerry Kieffer, Mike Mackey, Mohammad Samii, Ken Plourde, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Mike Schroeder made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : wa 2: Secretary Report: : a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 18″”, 2020 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasures Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for the month of November 2020. b. Ken Plourde questioned the phone expenses on the Profit & loss Statement. Mike informed attendees that ATT has been contacted on the excess expenses for the last few months. Mike added that he has stopped the auto pay to ATT and is waiting on a return call to get the overcharges corrected. Mike reported that he was informed that ATT would not disconnect the phone lines while this is being resolved. c. Mike reported a balance of $5,564.58 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4; Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of November 30″, 2020 the ERA has 346 members. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she received an email from an ERA Member on adding Onan Generator Manuals to the ERA Web Site. Bob Thomas reported that he received the email from Michele and it contains approximately 600 manuals: After discussion it was decided that the ERA has ongoing projects that need to be finished before considering adding the Onan Manuals. Michele will send an email to the ERA Member on the decision. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported no Correspondence for the month.
