Minutes ERA Board of Directors February 17″, 2021 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Mike Schroeder, Lonnie Bain, Mike Dietrich, Ken Plourde, Bob Hopko, Mohammad Samii, Art Glass, Michele Schroeder, Joe Mazzone, Stephanie Schroeder, Tom Barrett, Bob Thomas, Jerry Kieffer, Jeff Cazel, Ted Heywood, Mike Mackey, Larry Hagemeister, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Art Glass made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: ; : a. Art Glass made a motion to accept the minutes from January 20″, 2021 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and Loss Statement for the month of January 2021. b. Mike reported a balance of $3,513.93 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report. Lonnie Bain made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of January 28″, 2021 the ERA has 350 members. b. Michele informed attendees that there was 1 new Rebuilder that joined in January. The Rebuilder had a subscription to the Exchange Magazine that expired and after contacting him he decided to join as a Member for all the extra benefits. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he received 1 email from an ERA Rebuilder Member on the possibility of doing a Tech. Article or a Seminar at the ERA Trade Show on how to use a scope for checking Alternators and Starters. Daren will forward the email to Mohammad Samii.
