Minutes ERA Board of Directors April 21°, 2021 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm central time. Attendees: Ronnie Charnes, Mike Schroeder, Michele Schroeder, Alan Reynolds, Mohammad Samii, Joe Mazzone, Ted Heywood, Stephanie Schroeder, Bob Hopko, Dennis Jacinto, Tom Barrett, Jeff Cazel, Mike Tweed, Jerry Kieffer, Lonnie Bain, Kenny Turner, Bob Thomas, Jim Richer, Ken Plourde, Paul Sailon, Dan Bell, Art Glass, Alan Melton, Daren Roggentien. : Consent Agenda; ; a. Ronnie Charnes made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Paul Sailon made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Secretary Report: a. Mike Schroeder made a motion to approve the minutes from the March 17″, 2021 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Jim Richer made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit & Loss Statement for the month of March 2021. b. Ken Plourde questioned if the problems with AT&T have been resolved? Mike explained the problems and hopes to have them resolved in the next week. c. Mike reported a balance of $6,719.55 in the ERA Checking Account. Daren Roggentien made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. : Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of March 31″, 2021 the ERA has 356 members. b. Michele informed attendees that there were 2 new Rebuilders that joined in March. Michele added that she was unable to make calls to expired ERA Members as she was busy making calls to ERA Members that had registered for the 2020 ERA Trade Show on their attendance for the 2021 ERA Trade Show. : Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she received no Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1: Daren Roggentien reported that he received no Correspondence for the month.
