Minutes ERA Board of Directors August 18″, 2021 President Ken Plourde called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm ct. Attendees: Nathan Unger, Art Glass, Mike Schroeder, Stephanie Schroeder, Jerry Kieffer, Bob Hopko, Bob Thomas, Paul Sailon, Mike Mackey, Michele Schroeder, Ryder Keller, Kenny Turner, Joe Mazzone, Lonnie Bain, Mohammad Samii, Ken Plourde, Mike Dietrich, Daren Roggentien. 1: Consent Agenda: a. Mike Schroeder would like to add to New Business forming the 2022 ERA Trade Show Committee. Mohammad Samii made a motion to accept the Consent Agenda. Mike Dietrich made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 2: Secretary Report: a. Paul Sailon made a motion to approve the minutes from the July 21%, 2021 ERA Board of Directors meeting. Bob Hopko made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 3: Treasurers Report: a. Mike Schroeder presented a Profit and loss Statement for the month of July 2021. Mike added that the monthly Profit and Loss Statement will also include year to date figures. b. Mike reported a balance of $4,255.82 in the ERA Checking Account. c. Mike informed attendees that the Bi-Annual report has been sent to the Missouri Secretary of State for the ERA Non-Profit standing. Daren Roggentien made a motion to approve the Treasurers Report. Mohammad Samii made a second to the motion. All ayes. Motion approved. 4: Membership Report: a. Michele Schroeder reported that as of July 31%, 2021 the ERA Has 356 Members. b. Michele informed attendees that she made several calls and sent emails to delinquent ERA Members. 5: Correspondence Report: a. ERA Office: . 1. Michele Schroeder reported that she didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month. b. Secretary: 1. Daren Roggentien reported that he didn’t receive any Correspondence for the month.
